Get Sued By Posting Reviews on eBay?

While browsing the web today, I came across an interesting story on King 5. Apparently, a Seattle man got sued by a merchant in North Carolina for giving him neutral feedback instead of positive. Now should their be a bill in the Senate to have special Social media laws? Else, I can get sued here for putting things like why Company A's acquisition of Company B doesn't make sense. After all my statement or geniuses can influence Company A. ;)
